I have found my favorite cloth diaper

Funny Lolli

While driving in the car Daphanie is ahhhh-ing, you know normal baby sounds and Lilly says to Daphanie Stop ahh-ing baby!

That same day Daphanie had fallen asleep in the car, Lilly yells No sleep baby, no sleep!

When Lillyann talks about herself it is always in the third person, and she always refers to herself as Lolli, or Lollipop!

I don't know if it is every two-year old or just mine that is fascinated by commercials on TV, but every time a Wal-Mart commercial comes on Lilly says It's All-Mart mommy!

I know there is many more funny things this little girl says, but what are some funny things that little ones said that made you laugh?

Daphanie is 9 months old!

I took Daphanie in for her 9 month check-up today. I was hoping there wouldn't be to many people in the waiting room, I didn't want to pick up another illness there when we were healthy!The doctor was impressed on how active she is. I told her she had to keep up with her big sis! The doctor thinks that she will be walking soon.

For her stats:

weight: 15 lbs 10oz (5%)

height: 26 1/4 inches (10%)

head: 17 inches (25%)

Always has to see what her sister is doing, It wont be long and they will be running around together!

Things she is doing:
-eating three meals aday
-eating finger foods, puffs, cut up banana, Cheerios,
really anything she can get her hands on!
-crawling on all fours
-walking around the coffee table
-walking behind a walker
-babbling dada, and other babbles
-following her sister everywhere
-sleeps from 8pm-4:30am then back down till 8
-takes 2, sometimes 3 naps

Blue Kitty Cat

Can you guess what Lilly is? She came to me after she marker-ed herself all over and told me she was a kitty cat. I said "a kitty cat?" Lilly said "blue kitty cat" So if you every wanted to know what a blue kitty cat would look like, here she is:

Oh, and when I got these markers I didn't read if they were washable, I thought all crayola markers were washable. It turns out the ones they sell for $1 at back to school time are not!

A lot of people got a laugh when I went to the grocery store with my blue kitty cat!

Halloween Pictures

There wasn't many pictures taken of the girls on halloween. Here are a few of the 'good' ones. Lilly as Elmo the monster from Sesame Street, and Daphanie as a goldfish/Dorothy from Elmo's World on Sesame Street!

With Daphanie's puppy from Grandma. This puppy is the cutest little thing. You press his foot and he sings do your ears hang low, do they wobble to and fro... and on and on! It makes Daphanie smile, and Lilly too!

I love this picture of Daphanie, but her poor little face still has thrush all over it. We are trying out some new lotion, it seems to be drying it out! I'm keeping my fingers crossed!

Happy Halloween

Happy Halloween, a 1st for Daphanie. Daphanie went as Dorothy the Goldfish from Elmo's World. Lillyann was Elmo! I was asking her and asking her what she wanted to be and she didn't want to be Dora, she said ELMO! So that is what she was, I wanted Daphanie to be Oscar the Grouch- because she is grouchy most the time! I couldn't find any baby or kid sized Oscar costumes, and no real fuzzy green fabric to make my own. So I thought why not Dorothy!

I just got the kids to bed 30 minutes ago. 11:45, or 11:50 so where around there! I am hoping they sleep in, we get this extra hour.. and maybe it will be an extra hour of sleep. A mom can hope, right?
