Bike rides

One of our favorite things that we do in the summer is BIKE RIDES! Sometimes it is just around our neighborhood, or our friends/families neighborhood, but we also like to go to George Witt State Park and bike on the trails. This last week we met up with some friends. The older girls like to talk to each other when were ride side by side. Sometimes we stop at the park for some play!

Lillyann's 3rd Birthday Party

I themed Lillyann's Party a sweet shoppe because she calls herself Lolly! My Papa has a song for her and he calls her all kinds of names that sound like Lilly. So Lolly was in it and her nickname is now Lollipop or Lolly. Which she even calls herself Lolly most days!
The candy buffet.. yummmmy!

We were at the store and Lilly seen the strawberry cake and she told me she wanted chocolate and strawberry together. So we made marbled chocolate/strawberry cupcakes! She also helped me dip the cones in chocolate and sprinkles!

Her Jessie doll.

The candy shaped bean bags I made for the party. I really don't care that we didn't play with them much! They were fun to make and Lilly makes up games for them now at home.

Picnic at the park

For Lillyann's Birthday I thought it would be fun to take her to a park for a picnic. We talked about it a couple days before her birthday and she was so excited! I packed some fresh veggies, fruit, apple juice and cookies. We stopped and got her favorite cheeseburger from McDonald's. She thought it was fun to eat at the park. We had such beautiful weather.
This is the first thing the girls ran to. It was a merry-go-round with horses! I picked a park that we haven't ever been to, thinking that it would be more exciting! It was!
Daphanie enjoyed it too!
Lilly went back and forth to eat more. She loves carrots and cauliflower with ranch!
Reaching for the poll, still not to big to ask for help from mom!
Lillyann thought this was cool that the stairs were right next to the slide!
Still not to big to swing with her sissy!
Her favorite, the big kid swing! Higher, Higher!

Tuckered out! Time to go!

Happy 3rd Birthday Lillyann

Three years ago today Lillyann was born. She was my first child, she made me a mother. Something I always wanted to be. She was everything I dreamed and hope for, and today she still is. Happy Birthday My Lillyann! I hope your 3rd year is the best one yet!
less than 24 hours old

1st Birthday
2nd Birthday
Lilly loves to play outside and doesn't like to come in. She asked if it is going to snow at least once a week!
She loves going to parks and loves the swings the best, that's great because so do I!
She loves for you to read books to her, She could probably do it all day!
She is loving to her sister most times of the day, and you can tell that they really enjoy each other!
Lilly has a love for Toy Story, her favorite is Jessie the cowgirl.
She still loves to wear boots and has 3 pairs if you don't count the snow boots I put way so she wouldn't wear them!
If she has a pick she will usually pick something blue.
She loves to help make pancakes, but really doesn't like to eat them. She would rather have fruit loops.
Her favorite fruit is blueberries.
She loves cheeseburgers!
The cabin at the river is one of her favorite places. She talks about it all the time.
She likes to have orange pop or lemonade when we go out to eat.
She is always smiling and full of energy!
She is the prefect fit for our family, and I love her more each day!
Happy Birthday Lillyann!
To celebrate her birthday today we are going to take a picnic to the park!

Sitting By the Fire

Corey has been splitting lots of wood! So after supper one night the girls and I went to see daddy. We spread a blanket on the ground and sat down by the fire. Daddy came over and sat with us. We had a great time just playing, talking, and picking up sticks!

Written In Chalk

Chalk is a favorite when we are playing outside. Lillyann likes to draw letters, people and suns. Here are a few pictures from last week when the sun was shining!
At good try at mom. There are two o's to the left and two m's to the right!
This is what she calls a big sister sun. I think she drew a little sister sun after the photos were taken.

This is DAD! What a great job! She wrote this all by herself and I think it just happened to say dad! She can write most of the letters and got these ones in the right order! Great job Lilly!
